Every field, with its place on the page
Title number, type and brands, VIN, year, make, model, owner and address, every lienholder and release, every transfer and dealer reassignment with its odometer reading. Each value carries a confidence score and its box on the page image.
Whole packets, sorted
A scanner batch comes back split into documents and grouped by vehicle. Gate passes, cover sheets and blank backs are marked as noise instead of being guessed at.
Rules for every state
Title-number formats and brand conventions for all 50 states plus Ontario and Quebec, written from real titles: Pennsylvania's trailing letters, North Carolina's stock-number trap, California's salvage prefix.
Who really owns it
The chain of owners is read in order: the owner of record, each assignment, each dealer reassignment, across both sides of the title. The last U.S. owner and the seller behind a signatory or a lease fall out of it.
Title checked against bill of sale
Bills of sale from Copart, IAAI and private sales are matched to their titles by VIN. Where the two disagree on year, odometer or buyer, you see it flagged, not silently merged.
A real API
Two calls: send a file, get the result. Signed webhooks, page images for your own review screens, a corrections endpoint, and credits that never expire.

How accurate is it?
Printed fields on a clean scan read at 97 to 99% confidence. Handwritten names and addresses in the assignment sections are the hard part, and that is where the confidence score and the page highlight earn their keep: a low score tells your reviewer where to look. Corrections you make are kept with the document and feed back into accuracy.
What about handwritten assignments and reassignment sheets?
They are read, in order, into the ownership chain. Names are returned as written on the paper, with the page number, so a reviewer can confirm them in seconds.
Can I send a whole batch in one file?
Yes. A multi-page PDF with several titles, bills of sale and other pages is split into documents and grouped by VIN. You are charged per vehicle, not per page.
Which document types are recognised?
Titles from all 50 states, Ontario and Quebec, including salvage, junk, rebuilt and BOS-only cases. Bills of sale from Copart, IAAI and private sales. Lien releases, repossession certificates, dealer reassignment sheets, affidavits and invoices are read and attached to their vehicle.
Where is my data processed and how long is it kept?
In the United States. Files and results are deleted after your retention window, which you set between 1 and 365 days. Nothing you upload is used to train models.
Do I need to integrate anything?
No. The dashboard works on its own: upload, review, download JSON. When you are ready, the API is two calls and a webhook.
